A Love Letter To Our Troops

 Dear Brave Men and Women,

I am writing this letter to you because I want to tell you that we Democrats do love you and support you.  I say a prayer every night for the brave men and women of the Armed Forces who have risked and given their lives for our country.  I am an veteran and it pains me to see such blind faith that our military men and women have in President Bush.  The loyalty of the President is not with his troops it is with his friends in Washington.  He will stand by Rumsfeld no matter how many of HIS troops are killed.  He continue to stand by him while soldiers die every day.  So when I see the troops side with BUSH and not KERRY who DID serve in the military my blood boils.  How dare the United States Armed Forces blindly stand by GW and watch their comrades die.  It is a political game by the Whitehouse and not a political gain to protect our men and women.  Men and women of the Armed Forces please, please open your eyes.  We were attacked by Bin Laden.  We have taken our eyes off the prize.  It;s like the big bully hit us and we turned around punched the weaker guy.  We have become a joke to the world and a poster child for the initiation of terrorists.  There are a lot of bad dictators in the world.  I can name you one in North Korea and Africa.  President Bush won't change course although he is wrong and his policies have failed.  My military brother and sisters open your eyes and heart and know that the enemy also comes from within.  When Bush became president he said that he was bringing integrity back into the Whitehouse.  God has allowed the world to see every single lie he has told and still you continue to support him.  The hypocrisy of this administration is here for the whole world to see.  I love you all and I want the best for our country and it does not included BUSH, CHENEY, RUMSFELD and RICE.   When Colin Powell resigned I was extremely happy because someone who has integrity stood up and said I do not support the policy of this administration.  It takes a brave person to go up against status quo.  Also when all the men and women were charged with the crimes of torturing the terroists supspect once again the President turned his back on his men.  No one should have been charged because it was the policy to do these things and we the American people turned our anger towards the men and women who were charged with performing degrading acts on the prisoners of ABU.  It was the policies of Rumsfeld and the President therefore not one enlisted should have been charged.  Please open your eyes and heart.  We democrats really do love you and we want the best for you.   When will you see that this adminstration doesn't?
