50 State Strategy

Just makes so much sense to me!  We spent months prior to the campaign putting together teams and captains.  As soon as campaign time rolled around and State GOTV staffers came along, there were actual arguments because State people unwiling to work with us.  Our goal was to use our precinct teams that were organized and let them work their home precincts.  That would give them experience working together and improve our communication.  State wanted no part of it.  We back up and rebuilding teams and can only hope we have enough leverage to use our grassroots organization in 2008.  What recourse do we have if State not willing to work with us?
