Son of Norwegian immigrant active in cooperatives and World Federalists
active in anti war movement as student in Madison WI in 1960s, avoided draft by Peace Corps in Venezuela and and as a CO. Later worked for year with WKLD/OC (Wounded Knee).
Graduated from UM law and do criminal appeals.
Convinced that changes beyond return to Clinton era critical to country and world which can come only from 3rd party or grassroots revolt against DCL.
