Wal*Mart News: 1st Norht America Wal*Marts forced to accept union contract.

We've been following Wal*Mart for quite some time here in Newport DFA.  I just saw this news on CBC today (its from April 9) http://www.cbc.ca/canada/montreal/story/2009/04/09/mtl-walmart-sthyacinthe-unionized-0409.html  "Unionized Quebec Wal-Mart workers get 1st contract"

So far its just Quebec, but Saskatchewan is cranking up, it seems.  The thin end of the wedge, at last!

Too bad the US is so effing retarded with respect to labor rights.  Who knows, in another 20 or 30 years the progressive politics from the far reaches of Upper Canuckistan might filter down here, to the Home of the Allegedly Free...
