My Interests:
When I had time and money, I loved to ski, scuba, entertain my friends, listen to live music, travel meet new people, be funny and creative. Now I'm only interested in providing for my family (which is much more difficult) and doing what I can to help reverse the problems inherent the RE marketplace.

About Me:
Hello to those that read this,
To answer the question: Where does this guy come from, and why should I care to read what he has to say? Well perhaps you shouldn’t! I’m not in the happiest frame of mind these days, as I understand many other “Progressives” are not. My only unique aspect is that my frustration grows out of having a great idea that can really improve the real estate market, and therefore our economy, but not finding the leadership in the industry, government or investment circles to enable it to serve. If you want to learn what the idea is go to www.LoanCheck-online.com .
My personal point of view developed out of an accelerated childhood in the Midwest. My carefree childhood was lost at 6 when my father passed on, and my mature thought processes started right after my mother passed on when I was 11, and I felt a responsibility for the well being of my two younger siblings. Now caring about how others are doing, and contemplating ways to improve a bad situation come as a second nature to me.
I went to average schools growing up, but was fortunate to be able to attend a great college of political thought UW-Madison. My first vote at age 18 was for Anderson. And I have always voted for the best person for the job ever since. Unfortunately for the country, the majority of voters have not ever been able to break out of the morass of mediocrity, until this last year.
My foundation of news and political views has always been based on the highest quality, most in-depth and balanced reporting available: public radio and television. I went to school in Madison to learn about journalism and broadcasting. Please trust me there is no better source than NPR and PBS.
That’s it for now, I need to work on helping my family survive and keep my hope to improve the market alive. Later.
