- Florida and Michigan broke the rules and lost any influence on selecting the nominee.
By Phil Specht on Aug 25, 2008 7:35 AM EDTThat is pretty big punsihment. I said all along they would not be allowed to gain by breaking the rules and they did not. They will count because they are irrelevent. Fine with me.
this is sweet! the bloggers at the convention are being pampered!!
... With sponsorship from Google and Digg, among others, the Big Tent expanded to offer a lounge, a stage where speakers could address audiences of up to 350, breakout rooms for smaller gatherings, free lunch and dinner, a beer garden with an open tap, morning yoga, and a spa. A convention and media center in one, the Big Tent went up in two weeks and offers more wireless portals than the Denver Airport.
thank you Bobby Clark! a sign of the times - who has the power? the convention bloggers do!
"Amid a four-act show, a video interlude carried images of destruction, global warming, Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, Zimbabwe's authoritarian President Robert Mugabe - and the presumptive Republican presidential nominee. Another sequence, shown later, pictured slain Beatle John Lennon, climate activist Al Gore, Mahatma Gandhi and finally Barack Obama."

I ask myself, "(X), is it the right move - Madonna's in your face political performance?"
And I replied, "Relax (X), too many Rpublican actors and comedians for to restrain herself."
I could see her having fun with McCain pimping Cindy in the topless contest with the bikers though.
heck I'd even contribute to that 527
she has to travel around with her husband while he has his senior moments
that should be punishment enough
her work from NN was really well done

Go, the Dynamic Duo (Barack Batman and Joe Robin)!
I had the thermostat set at 45 and couldn't figure out what was happening til the fan kicked in and I felt the hot air
the corn crop is 10-11 days behind already
if we get an early frost you haven't seen anything yet with food price inflation
everything so far was pretty much tied to high oil prices, becausee the crop had recovered fairly well from the flooding
those clowns that were praying for rain in Denver should have given god a GPS for Christmas or just left the idea of directing storms alone

- Here's a link to a good graph of the seating for the states.
By floridagal . on Aug 25, 2008 1:16 AM EDTIt's very interesting. Talk about bending over backwards for two wayward states. FL and MI got plum seating spots. Hope they are appreciative.
Location location...seating arrangements for the states
Also getting good seats are of course IL, DE, and VT.
