Funny, I thought i was responding to a post on another thread and would up at the top of this one.
He used to be a Democrat. But now he is a right wing Republican. Florida Democrats have an identity problem.
Meet Charles Canady, the new Florida Supreme Court judge.
He is anti-choice and and pro-vouchers for private religious schools. I remember when he used to be a supporter of public schools.

Back to politics......
My daughter has little interest in politics, but I got her to watch a bit of Obama's speech so she could tell her kids someday that she witnessed history in the making. To my astonishment, Pat Pukhanan on MSNBC even admitted it to be, "the best nomination speech ever."
And of course, the AP ran what has become their usual Obama hit piece on the speech that had to have been written before it was even finished...
